www.yonza.co.uk is owned and operated by JTSC Limited (We/Our/Us) and, together with our mobile applications is made available to you on the following terms and conditions (Terms). By using the Site and the services available on it you are deemed to accept these Terms and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.
These Terms set out the information applicable to you, being a Customer who wishes to use the Site in order to search for a service (Services).
By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you cannot use the Site.

2.1 Definitions
2.1.1 In these Terms the following words shall have the following meanings:
3.1 You can create a profile (Profile) within your account, services can view your Profile post a job on the Site. The respective Service Provider/Professional will have access to your Profile as soon as this is posted. Your Profile will remain active until you ask us to delete your account from Our database. Deletion of your Profile will mean that all data We hold on your behalf will be removed within 30 days and will not be recoverable.
3.2 We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently restrict the data volume for uploads of data, especially if necessary due to technical reasons, for example in order to maintain or optimise the Service, therefore we do not warrant or guarantee a minimum volume of storage capacity for your Profile.
3.3 We encourage you to make any photos/ videos as clear and informative as possible. You agree that We may, at Our discretion and without liability to you, remove from the Site any video which does not comply with the standards set out under the ‘Use of the Site’ section below.
4.1 The information and services available on the Site are provided for the exclusive use of individuals looking to find a service. You may use the Site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. Specifically, you may not use the Site:
5.1 You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. You should immediately notify Us of any unauthorised use of your account.
5.2 You must not share with or disclose to any third party, in any way, your access details to the Site, including but not limited to usernames and passwords, unless these terms expressly authorise such disclosure or you are compelled to do so by law.
5.3 All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the Site and the material available on the Site belongs to Us or Our third-party suppliers. Use of the Site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.
5.4 You, and not Us, are responsible for maintaining and protecting your account.
6.1 Customers must be 18 years of age or over to request or search for Services as a Customer on the Yonza Site.
6.2 We require that all Professionals are at least 18 years old. If you think a Professional registered as a Professional on the Yonza website is under 18, or if someone using a Professional’s account is under 16, please let us know by email at [email protected]
7.1 Files and other content in the Services may be protected by intellectual property rights of others. Please do not copy, download, upload or share files unless you have the right to do so.
7.2 You, not Us, will be fully responsible for what you copy, share, download, upload or otherwise use while using the Services.
7.3 You must not upload spyware or any other malicious software to the Service.
8.1 Upon entering into an agreement with a Professional Service/Person to provide you with a Service, you agree to the fees specified by the Professional Service/Person. Payment is to be made directly to the Professional Service/Person, not to Us. Failure to make payment for the Service will be dealt with by the Professional Service/Person.
8.2 Customers are encouraged to provide as much accurate information as they can when posting a job, this enables Professional Services/Person’s to provide an accurate quote. The final quote may be subject to change and we take no responsibility in regard to the final bill.
9.1 Services are provided at your own risk, without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. We also disclaim any warranties of merchantability, materials for a particular purpose. We will have no responsibility for any harm to your computer system, loss or corruption of data, or other physical harm and Injury that results from your access to or use of the Services.
9.2 When a Service Provider/Professional creates a profile on the Site, we may take steps to verify their identity, but we are not obligated to do so and we do not undertake to verify any details including any skills, qualifications, membership of bodies or experience.
9.3 Whilst we hope any information we do include about Professional Services/Persons is useful, Customers should not rely on it and should undertake their own checks to ensure that they are comfortable with the Professional Service/Person they wish to hire. You may wish to ask to see any relevant licence, qualification, background check or other documents necessary to ensure they are the right person for the job. Customers should undertake all steps and enquiries that they feel are appropriate in order to be confident in the Professional Service/Person that they hire.
9.4 We do not conduct exhaustive checks or do in-person interviews with Professional Services/Person’s.
9.5 Customers should note that if a Professional indicates that they have passed a background check, be aware that the Professional may have multiple individuals working for them so Customers should be sure to clarify whose information was used to process the background check.
9.6 Upon engaging with the Services provided by a Professional Service/Person on the Site, you (the Customer) are bound by the Professional Service/Person’s own terms and conditions, not Ours. If you sustain loss as a result of the negligence of a Professional Service/Person, or they do not complete the work to a reasonable standard, it is again the terms and conditions of the Professional Service/Person that is relied upon.
9.7 We have checks in place when it comes to Professional Services/Person’s offering a service for under 18’s, including a DBS check. Whilst we hope any information we do include about Professional Services/Person’s is accurate, Customers should not rely on it and should undertake their own checks to ensure that they are comfortable with the Professional Service/Person they wish to hire. You may wish to ask to see any relevant licence, qualification, background check or other documents necessary to ensure they are the right person for the job. Customers should undertake all steps and enquiries that they feel are appropriate in order to be confident in the Professional Service/Person that they hire.
10.1 It is not possible for us to review all websites which are linked from the Service (or link to the Service), and you should therefore take care when following any link. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may be suffered as a result of following any links.
10.2 You are responsible for your own communications and for any consequences arising out of them. The customer dashboards are intended to allow users to send and receive messages and material that are legal, proper and related to the particular service, and you agree that you shall use them only for this purpose.
10.3 We do not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any communications posted by a service provider/professional or endorse any opinions expressed. You should take all due care in relying on material posted in the communication, as this is done at your own risk.
10.4 Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself, and do not give personally identifying information about any other person unless entitled to do so.
11.1 After you have received a Service from a Professional Service/Person, you may choose to provide a review to help other Customers decide whether to hire that Professional Service/Person in the future.
11.2 Service Providers/Professionals can also leave reviews, relating to the experience they have had in carrying out the service for you (the Customer) If you have received a review you are not happy with, please contact [email protected] for further investigation.
11.3 If Customers provides feedback about a Professional Service/Person they must follow this clause and the Terms.
11.4 Customers must be honest in all feedback they post. They must not post negative feedback unless it relates to genuine non-provision of or poor quality Services without grounds for a genuine reason by the Professional Service/Person.
Our members go through a detailed vetting process before they are displayed on our portal, this way, we can ensure we are only providing services that can deliver high quality customer service
15.1 We are at this time, unable to guarantee remote international Professional Services/Person’s.
15.2 Please note there is a maximum amount of time after a job has been completed to log a complaint which will trigger the guarantee.
16.1 Our use of Profiles and other personal information supplied by users of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please click here https://yonza.com/privacy-policy to view our Privacy Policy. This sets out the terms on which We process any personal data We collect from you, or that you provide to Us. Any Personal data supplied to us will be safely stored on the Site. Personal data which you supply to Us may be transferred to third party service providers to be stored or processed on Our behalf, including third parties located outside of the United Kingdom in countries where there may be a lower legal level of data protection.
However, We will always endeavour to handle your information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, wherever it is processed. By using the Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
16.2 By creating a video/photos through the Site for quote purposes, you are requesting and authorising Us to make this available to third parties. Once this is provided to the Professional Service/Person, We have no control over their use or disclosure of that content and information. If you wish to request they delete, modify, or maintain confidence over any such information, you must make such a request directly to the recruiter or employer.
17.1 Please be aware that we may use any feedback, comments, or suggestions that you send us without any obligation to you.
17.2 The technology we use to provide the Services are protected by copyright and trademark.
We amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use the Site, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
We will determine, in Our discretion, whether there has been a breach of these Terms. When a breach
of these Terms has occurred, We may take such action as is deemed appropriate, including but not
limited to:
These Terms, their subject matter and formation are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
