Upon completion of a job, payments can be made through the Yonza website or in person via the usual methods. Whichever is most suitable for both parties.
Our members go through a detailed vetting process before they are displayed on our portal, this way, we can ensure we are only providing services that can deliver high quality customer service.

• Credit checks where applicable
All necessary insurances are in place and documents where applicable. Our aim is to ensure that our members are who they say they are and avoid any unnecessary issues or complaints. By only displaying honest and exceptional services, we hope to give our customers a positive user experience.

Setting up an account as a professional can be completed in a matter of minutes and we have a set price of £40 PCM (inc VAT) with no other hidden fees! Customers use the platform to search for the service they are looking for and the appropriate professional will receive a notification requesting a quote. Customers are then given the opportunity to compare quotes and accept/decline. Once a job has been completed, both the professional and customer can leave a review.

• When signed in as a professional, under Settings > Payment Information, follow the stripe notifications to verify your account
• Once set up and the job has been completed, the customer will be able to pay you through the Yonza website/app
• Once signed in as a professional, go to Settings > My Subscriptions and then click on ‘Cancel Subscription'

Once you’ve signed up as a professional, we will give you 90 days for free, after that, you will be billed at the end of each month £40 inc VAT.
If you offer a service which isn’t currently advertised on Yonza, we would love to hear from you as we will endeavour to add this to our platform.
